EMO Fest 2025 is coming to Coastal Fermentory in Downtown Newport News, and its bringing a wave of eyeliner, raw emotions, and unforgettable live music. this isn't just a nostalfic nod to the past - its a full-on celebration of the emo genre;s evolution, blending the heartbreak anthems we all gre up with and the fresh sounds of today's rising alternative acts.
The line up features a powerful mix of talent, including Red Weather, Run Hill, Not Those Girls, Killer Feels, Lifeline, Soul Torrent, and Four Letter Words. Each Band brings their own take on the emo aesthetic, from gut-punching lyrics and melodic breakdowns to gritty guitars and passionate vocals. Whether you're discovering these bands for the first time or already screaming the lyrics in your head, this show is built to connect through sound and shared emotion.
Rain or shine, the show will go on. Coastal Fermentory's craft beer will be flowing, adding the perfect pairing to a night filled with catharsis, camaraderie, and plenty of loud, emotional music. The Hootie Country Music Festival is back for its second year at Tradition Brewing Company—and this time, it's bigger, louder, and more boot-stompin' than ever. Join us on Saturday, May 10th, for a full day of live country music, local vendors, food trucks, and cold craft beer, all set in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.
This year’s music lineup features a stellar group of country artists, including Barefoot Joe, Shannon and the Reunion, Cari Lacey, Roberta Lea, Troy Breslow, Cody Christian, and headliner Celeste Kellogg.
